Ground Floor: Unwind in the exceptionally spacious living and dining area, featuring a comfortable sofa and a 32-inch LCD flat-screen TV. A dining table for four invites you to entertain friends or neighbours, while the proper kitchenette is well-equipped with a new refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, stove, kettle, Nespresoo coffee machine, and a selection of cooking utensils. This level also features a newly renovated bathroom with an invigorating waterfall shower.
First Floor: Head upstairs to discover your private bedroom sanctuary and a second bathroom complete with a relaxing soaking tub. A hairdryer is provided for your convenience. An intimate lounge area with a plush armchair offers the perfect, secluded vantage point to watch the sun setting over False Bay.
